I’m not a “health food nut,” in any sense of that word. I wish I were, because I would be in much better shape and probably feel better. But over the years I have made it a habit to opt for the natural alternative to supplements and some some medicines.
Green Country is blessed with lots of really good options for staying healthy, and because I lived in the Tulsa for so many years, I had become accustomed to frequenting Tulsa-based health food stores for vitamins and herbs. More recently I had been checking out online options. Last weekend, however, I re-discovered Martha’s Health Food and Herbs in Broken Arrow – just right around the corner.
I had gone there many years ago when the store was on the other side of the street, but the current location on the the south side of Kenosha (MAP) is big, beautiful, and stocked to the hilt with everything on my list and so much more.
The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, and the prices are great.
Be sure to check out Martha’s on Facebook, and check out their products at MarthasHealthFood.com.

I have purchased at Martha many times. It is convenient. My husband loves to run up and buy icecream that’s good for you. Having fresh raw food is important to us. That is why we started selling some from our home. We opened a little stand. Now we can share natures bounty with our neighbors and friends, too.
